School bags, college bags, file bags, duffels and trolleys — made in India to a specification you approve, at volumes from one hundred pieces. No middlemen. No surprises on the ship date.
Ask a factory for a 600D polyester school bag and you will get a photograph. Ask for the stitch density, the bar-tack spec, the zipper brand, the shade band and the AQL, and the conversation changes.
We publish ours. Every quote comes with a tech pack, a graded size sheet, a costed price band and a lead time we will hold to in writing. That is the whole difference.
Four designers and six pattern makers. You get a graded size sheet, a stitch map, a bill of materials and a nesting layout — not a photo of somebody else's bag.
Cutting, stitching, branding, foam work and packing all happen in Bahadurgarh. A bag is never split across four suppliers, and never assembled by someone who did not cut it.
Costing is built from fabric GSM, hardware, branding process and volume — and shown to you in three tiers before you pick one. The Spec Builder does it live, with no email required.
Capacity claims are cheap. These are the numbers behind them — and every one of them is auditable on a factory visit or a third-party inspection.
Four industrial designers and six pattern makers. You get a graded size sheet, a tech pack and a nesting layout — not just a photo of a bag someone else made.
Lockstitch, overlock, bartack, buttonhole, high-frequency welding and foam lamination. All under one roof in Bahadurgarh, so a bag is never split across four vendors.
Six-colour screen printing, 40-head embroidery, heat transfer, badge stamping and label sewing. Setup is done here, which is why a 100-piece run can carry a real woven label.
Two hundred and fifty thousand units a month across four shifts. We quote against a live capacity board, not a theoretical ceiling, so lead times mean something.
Every one of these is a starting point, not a fixed product. Fabric, colourway, hardware, lining and branding are all specified by you — and every card below carries the numbers our floor works to.

A spine-engineered school bag with a moulded EVA back panel, load-lifting S-curve harness and reflective piping at every night-visible edge.

A 30-litre day pack that carries a 16-inch laptop, a full day's books and a lunch break without moving off the shoulders.

A clean, architectural commuter pack. Concealed zips, a hidden passport pocket and a trolley sleeve that disappears when you do not need it.

A soft-sided document carrier for architects, surveyors and law firms. Expandable gusset, full-length two-way zip, brass hardware.

A 45-litre gym and weekender duffle with a ventilated shoe compartment, welded tarpaulin base and webbing handles that survive airport handling.

A soft-sided two-wheel trolley that keeps the silhouette of a cabin bag while giving a school bag's flexibility of use.
Choose a silhouette, a fabric, a colourway, a branding method and a hardware finish. The builder returns a live spec card, a costed price band at three volumes, your real MOQ and a lead time calculated from the actual production path.
From the first brief to the carton on the dock, this is the order as it actually runs — including the parts most factories leave out of the diagram.
You send a sketch, a reference photo, a tech pack, or a bag you already like. We read it for buildability — not whether we like it, but whether our machines can hold it, and at what cost.
You get a manufacturability review: proposed materials with GSM and denier, a graded size sheet, a costed price band across three volume tiers, and a lead time we will hold to in writing.
Our pattern room grades the design to your size chart, nests the panels in CAD and cuts a first sample. This round proves structure, proportion and hand-feel. Expect it to be approximately right.
Two refinement rounds are included. When you sign the golden sample in writing, that physical bag becomes the production standard — every measurement, seam placement and colour is matched against it on the floor.

41,000 sq ft in MIE Part B, Bahadurgarh — the densest bag-manufacturing cluster in India, where the zippers, separators, buckles and lining all come from within sixty kilometres.
Tell us the bag, the volume and the deadline. You will get a manufacturability review, a costed price band and a lead time in writing — usually within two working days.
